Change is a constant in all our lives, particularly
in busy families. It can be that we instigate change ourselves or it
could be that changes are happening around us that we need to react
to.
Either way you can make change work to your
advantage by taking time out to decide what options are available and
which are best for you. As your coach I can help you to do this by providing
a sounding board and encouraging you to keep an open mind and look for
what suits you best.
You may want personal support, to join with
a weekly group to make regular time for your goals, to have daily email
support to help keep you on track or to attend a morning workshop to
decide what it is that you really want. Whatever your choice your preference
comes first.
